Personal Biography

Hi, Anteaters! My name is Leigh and I am an academic advisor at U/U.

While I spent most of my childhood on the East Coast, I eventually made my way to Irvine for high school and have since considered Southern California my true home.

I graduated from UC Davis with a B.A. in Psychology and Communication, where I was involved in the Filipino American cultural organizations and where I discovered my appreciation for advising as a Peer Academic Advisor.

In my free time, I love playing and listening to music, reading fiction, playing cozy games, petting my dog, drinking boba, and spending time with family and friends.

I encourage you all to embark on your undergraduate journey with an open mind — be willing to discover new things about yourself, to embrace the unfamiliar, and to meet people from all different walks of life. And remember that all things can be a learning experience. I am so excited to support you throughout this journey!
