Personal Biography

Why do you love UCI?
Initially, I fell in love with how green UCI is! I became even more thrilled about it when I found out that it is a smoke-free campus! THEN, I began to talk to people or they would converse with me and that’s when I found out that Anteaters are the kindest people! To top it off, UCI has so many resources! It is also filled with several people willing and eager to lend a helping hand and answer any questions students may have. UCI is truly a student-centered campus which is a part of the reason why I love it so much! #ZotZot

How can you be a successful Anteater?
Use your resources! There are many opportunities and helping hands available at UCI. I highly recommend using them. Get involved! Give back to the community as well. You’ll find yourself having a better, more successful experience at UCI. Do not be afraid to get out of your comfort zone. Personally, I’m a shy person but instead of allowing that to hold me back from something I may want to do, I take a step forward and continue from there. Have courage. Do what you love and you’ll be a successful Anteater. Also, do not forget to be kind to others and offer them a helping hand along the way as well!

What is one fun fact about yourself?
I have a really close bond with my parents and brothers. I can tell them anything about myself and be my complete self around them which I am extremely grateful for. ♥
